Zero-tailing cutting

Processing the finished parts of inclined beams, zero tailing cutting is required. The 6KW three-chuck tube cutter we currently use can realize. We did a lot of research before purchasing the machine, ACME launched the three-chuck tube cutter very early, the machine with mature technology and good equipment stability.

Short-tailing cutting

ACME's two-chuck tube cutter can realize short tails due to the movable middle chuck. Other ordinary machine left about 120mm tails which cannot be processed. ACME's machine processes this kind of square tubes with only about 30mm tails, which can fully meet our needs.

Production efficiency increased by more than 20%

Compared with other companies in the same industry, ACME has a significant advantage in production efficiency. The daily output can reach about 2.5tons. This efficient production capacity enables our company to better meet market demand, deliver orders on time, and enhance market competitiveness.

 Simple operation, safe and practical

Now we three sets ACME tube cutters in this workshop. After the long-term using, I feel it’s quite practical. In terms of maintenance, the failure rate is low and maintenance is very easy. The machine is easy to operate. Our technician can do it by himself after two-hour training. One person can easily complete the operation, saving labors.
